- What is included in a trial bundle?
Each public marketing bundle lists SKU lines and trial duration when loaded from the API-typically agent seats, optional probe capacity, and module entitlements for the evaluation period.
- Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes for enterprise and government accounts. Billing mode is set during commercial onboarding; entitlements are applied after PO acceptance.
- Do prices include tax?
Tax treatment depends on jurisdiction and billing mode. Self-serve checkout will use gateway-native tax when available.
- What happens when the trial ends?
Entitlements expire per trial template unless converted to paid lines. Your operator contact will discuss conversion options before expiry.
- Is there a minimum seat count?
Marketing bundles specify minimum quantities per SKU. Enterprise deals can customize lines via sales.
- Are monitoring and agents priced separately?
Yes. Agent seats and monitoring/probe SKUs are independent entitlement lines you can mix per tenant.
