Overview
Trustholm Pty Ltd ("Trustholm", "we") processes personal data to operate www.trustholm.com and the Trustholm platform. This policy describes collection on the marketing site and how it relates to tenant data processed under your commercial agreement.
Data we collect on www.trustholm.com
Trial and early-access forms collect company name, first and last name, work email, phone, street address, city, state/region, postal code, country, optional use case, and ICP qualification fields. We store UTM attribution (source, medium, campaign, landing page, referrer) to measure marketing effectiveness. When automated provisioning is enabled, submissions are stored in the platform trial queue; during early access, contact details are stored in our email marketing provider (Mailchimp) for pilot onboarding. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept the cookie banner.
How we use marketing data
Trial and early-access submissions are used for operator review, pilot provisioning, and product updates by email. When the Trustholm API is connected, submissions enter the platform trial queue; during early access they may be synced to Mailchimp for nurture and onboarding coordination. We do not sell contact lists to third parties.
Tenant and endpoint data
Production tenant data (scripts, audit logs, agent telemetry) is processed under your order form and DPA. This marketing policy does not replace tenant contractual terms.
Retention
Trial leads are retained for commercial follow-up and audit of signup abuse. Request deletion via privacy@trustholm.com subject to legal and contractual retention minimums.
Your rights
Contact privacy@trustholm.com for access, correction, or deletion requests. Australian Privacy Act and applicable GDPR rights apply based on your jurisdiction and our role as processor/controller for specific data sets.
